	Memorial Plaque



	The Memorial Plaque is to honor the memory of Fala and all the Scotties, who have passed away. This was begun several years ago and has grown as our beloved Scotties have aged and passed away. While they will live on in our hearts forever, it is comforting to know that there is a tangible remembrance in Warm Springs, Georgia.

You may purchase a brass plate for the Memorial Plaque as follows: Cost is $25 per plate (you may add more than 1 dog to the plate...it is NOT one plate per dog). Limit is 3 lines, 25 characters per line. Please order on line (above) or make the check out to STCGA, and send with a neatly printed version of what you want printed, to Katie Nixon, 1530 Bookhout Drive; Cumming, GA 30041; dahlmkr@aol.com. This must be received by October 1, in order to be included on this years' Plaque. This will automatically add your dog to the Rainbow Bridge
